2 Courses Required
In partnership with the National Association of Insurance Professionals (NAIP), students train to be well-versed and knowledgeable in the insurance field, so they are able to provide customers with an exceptional help desk experience. The courses follow a remote synchronous learning model delivered by NAIP. Course work prepares students to sit for the Maryland state licensing exam in Property and Casualty and/or Life, Accident and Health specializations. Students can choose to take both courses or focus on one specialization. A high school diploma is preferred, but not required. Students must be at least 17.5 years of age and read English at a basic level.
