Course Description

Are you looking to explore new and interesting cuisines as a foodie? Dim Sum is considered an Asian Brunch 7 days a week! There are many varieties of dumplings: steamed, braised, or deep fried, all served in a bamboo mini steamer. Join Chef Stu Woo Can on a trip to New Jersey for a guided Dim Sum tasting at Brother Seafood and end with a visit to a local Asian grocery store. Tea and tastings will be served, while the Chef Woo explains how dishes were prepared. The Asian grocery store includes traditional and Western fruit, veggies, dry goods and more. Transportation via HCC bus and lunch are included in the fee.
