Course Description

Learning programmable logic controllers (PLCs) can be challenging, especially for those who are not familiar with automation and control systems. This course proposes teaching PLCs using new software called "Connected Components Workbench (CCW). CCW provides a programming and configuration environment for PLCs. The tool allows users to configure and program PLCs using a graphical interface and supports a range of programming languages. This also provides a range of debugging and simulation tools to help users test and troubleshoot their programs.
