Course Description

In level one of the CST series, participants will learn to identify and repair computer hardware, find and add devices to a network, and learn DHCP & DNS basics. This course culminates with participants using these acquired skills to build a LAN and troubleshoot for issues. Level one includes three hands on labs: Hardware lab, DHCP & DNS lab, and Build a LAN lab. CST I and II's curriculum covers the exam objectives for the CompTIA A+ Core One Exam. A Core One exam is included in the tuition. Students will have the opportunity to take this exam at the end of CST 1 & 2. Tuition waivers apply. One course material purchase required for use throughout the program.
