Course Description

Apply the principles learned in the Foundations Class while producing batches of beer. This section of the programs includes hands-on learning at Double Groove Brewing Company. One day of brewing beer and one day of packaging the product is required. Recording of brewing calculations and controls will be included. Safety equipment including steel toe boots and eye safety protection are provided and included in the course fees. The Foundations course must be completed in conjunction with or before the Application course. Must be at least 21 years old.

This course will only take place on the two days listed= Brewing day is on 4/11. Packaging day is on 4/24.
Safety equipment and a t-shirt will be provided and is included in the course fee. Students will receive an email asking for sizes.
