Course Description

This course is intended to help students prepare for the Cicerone Certified Beer Server exam. This is the first-level certification for those who work with beer. Great beer service begins with the fundamentals covered in this course. Students will learn the language of beer and the differences in beer styles. They will master the details of beer service, including glass preparation, keg system operation and proper pouring. Beer ingredients, brewing processes, and storing the product will also be covered. Textbook, flash cards, and exam cost are included. Students must be at least 21 years old.
