Course Description

Designed to introduce the student to the basic carpentry skills needed to build, repair, and maintain structural and finishing components of buildings. Emphasis will be placed on proper tools and terminology for particular jobs. Learn how to fit joints, erect inside walls, install drywall on ceilings and walls. Also learn basic siding and roofing techniques. Senior adult and disabled retiree course fee waivers apply. Transcript available.
