Course Description

This course is designed to improve the competency level of the participant in the basic and fundamental areas of refrigeration - definitions and terms, the refrigeration cycle of operation, and component recognition. Learn the theory of heat transfer as applied to refrigeration processes including compression, types of refrigerants, regulations and procedures for refrigerant recovery, recycling, reclaiming, and more.
