Course Description

In partnership with Enterprise Training School, this course prepares students to pass the Maryland state exam for licensing in Property and Casualty Insurance. This course includes a 3-day webinar session and 60 days of access to an online study system. Students will learn state and national insurance regulations and general insurance concepts, rules and contracts; dwelling and home owner's policy coverages and forms; auto insurance state policy for personal and commercial auto; and commercial and business owner's policy components. Students will also identify appropriate strategies in effective communication, teamwork, negotiations and conflict resolution. Must be at least 18 years old. A textbook is included in the cost of the class and will be mailed to the students.
