Course Description

This course satisfies the 60 clock hours requirement of Real Estate Agent Pre-Licensing Training. It will prepare students to sit for the Maryland Real Estate Commission License exam. Certification requires full attendance on all class dates. The course includes topics in ownership, real estate law, contracts, financing, titles, appraisals and settlements. The 3 hours requirement for real estate ethics will also be included. Textbooks required and are included in the cost of the class. Must be at least 18 years old.
