Course Description

Adding to the introductory knowledge gained in Arc Welding Fundamentals, students will advance their skills in welding techniques. Students will practice material preparation and welding. Practice will be directed towards completing the required welds for the Structural Weld Code test. Students will be given the opportunity to complete fillet and groove welds in the vertical and overhead positions to earn their welding certification.
