Course Description

Continue exploring the care of small animals as you learn to perform interventions and tests necessary to diagnose and treat health problems. Gain skills and knowledge related to hematology, laboratory procedures, diagnostic imaging, pharmacology, fluid therapy, and restraint techniques. Prerequisite courses required. Technical standards apply (It is recommended that students are able to lift 50 or more pounds and are able to stand for long periods of time). Textbook purchase required. Senior adult and disabled retiree tuition waivers apply. Transcript available.
