Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED®
Reading (NGR) and Math (NGA) Assessments, available at the Test Center
Healthcare Provider BLS CPR certification through the American Heart Association; prior to clinical
Health Assessment, including immunization record (due prior to clinical placement)
Background check possible; prior to clinical and at student's expense
