Course Description

In Move and Play, young movers and their caregivers explore movement, play, and connection through guided activities that support early development and confidence. Registration is for one child ages 3-5, not the accompanying adult. Each registration includes one caregiver.

Prerequisites

Enrollment is for one child ages 3-5. When registering, you are registering the child participant, not the accompanying adult.

Each registration includes only one caregiver to maintain a comfortable, safe, and engaging environment.

Join us for a joyful, active experience designed for our young movers and their favorite grown up. In Owl Sprouts young kids ages 3-5 and a caregiver explore movement, play, and connection through guided activities that support early development and confidence.

Each session includes a mix of:

Music and Rhythm Based Movement

Gross Motor Play such as climbing, balancing, jumping

Sensory Exploration and Imaginative Play

Caregiver-Child Bonding Activities
