Students will examine the development of fighter aircraft from the inter-war years through World War II. The class will study technological developments in the mid-1930s that revolutionized the single-seat fighter. Deeper review of the decisions made by the different air forces of World War II regarding fighter development will be included. Senior adult and disabled retiree tuition waivers apply
