Course Description

The Walters Art Museum in Baltimore is a renowned institution boasting a vast collection spanning seven millennia and features art from around the world. Discover ancient artifacts, medieval armor, Renaissance paintings and even Asian art while touring at your own pace. We will then head down the street to the Maryland Center for History and Culture for a guided tour of the Claire/ McCardell exhibit. A major influence in American sportswear, McCardell redefined women's fashion in America during the 1930s- 1950s. Fee includes round-trip transportation aboard a motor coach bus, admission to both museums and a guided tour. All meals are on your own.
