Course Description

This course defines leadership and its key qualities. Students will explore aspects of leadership responsibility to individuals, organizations, and themselves. The class also looks at the relationship of values in the leadership model. Students will be introduced to several common management/leadership theory models and indicators, and learn how to apply them. This course is offered via Ed2Go.
