Course Description

Learn to automate business finances, including how to set up a new or existing company and enter customers, vendors, invoices, cash sales, bills, items bought and sold, and resale items. Additional topics include tracking expenses and income by job or client; monitoring and paying sales tax; receiving and depositing payments and reconciling bank statements; and printing invoices, statements, payroll checks, and reports. Reports include profit and loss, balance sheets, trial balances, journals, and cash flow. Prerequisites: Knowledge of accounting and working knowledge of Windows. Senior adult and disabled retiree waivers apply. Transcript available. No course material purchase required. Please note: This is a QuickBooks Desktop class, not QuickBooks Online.
