Course Description

Learn the roles, regulations, and correct practices to become a new notary public. Topics include a brief history, Maryland rules, and practical advice to perform competently as a notary. This course meets Maryland State regulations for those becoming a new notary public or renewing their commission. To apply as a new notary, an examination will be administered at the end of the course. Must be at least 18 years old. Senior adult and disabled retiree course fee waivers apply.
