This course satisfies the required 60 clock hours for Real Estate Agent Pre-Licensing Training and prepares students to sit for the Maryland Real Estate Commission License exam. Certification requires 100% attendance. Topics include ownership, real estate law, contracts, financing, titles, appraisals and settlements, and meets the 3- hour requirement for real estate ethics. Must be at least 18 years old.
