Develop your Leadership Skills through the LEAD Program. LEAD is designed for new to mid-level leaders looking to take their skills to the next level. The program is designed to help improve the student's Professional Presence. Students will develop an understanding of who they are as a leader and how to leverage their strengths to influence and support those around them. This program will focus on effective communication, relationship building, self-discovery, and problem solving.
