Course Description

Are you a new leader at an organization that does not have the budget for a leadership development program? Are you a more tenure leader who needs help meeting your goals or enhancing your communication skills? Do you need help determining your next career move? If this describes you, then you could benefit from a professional leadership coach. Learn from a professional with years of experience coaching leaders at all different levels, from emerging leaders to executive leaders. This program offers 12 hours of one-on-one coaching in 8 sessions. Each session will be set up between the leader and the coach.
