Course Description

The Harford Leadership Academy prepares Harford County residents for important leadership responsibilities with business, civic, and citizen organizations within the community. The Academy focuses on developing and enhancing skills necessary for effective leadership in a rapidly changing community. Participants are provided with a broader and deeper understanding of important issues facing the County. PARTICIPANTS MUST APPLY AND BE ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM, prior to registering.
