Course Description

Swimmers age 7yrs to teen will get conditioned while also working on stroke mechanics. Instructors will train the swimmers while pointing out technical flaws with the hopes of improving each stroke. Starts and turns will be worked on as well. All swimmers must be able to swim at least 25yrd competently as this is not swim lessons.
