Tai Chi Chuan (Yang Luchan Style) is a dynamic system of non-impact exercises designed to produce and maintain general physical fitness and overall health. The slow and gentle movements will help to relieve stress leaving participants feeling tranquil and relaxed. Emphasis will be on form movements, balance, coordination, breathing, explosive energy, and self-defense. Tai Chi is suitable for men and women of all ages.
