Course Description

This class will engage in moderate walking exercises with the intention of making great connections with one another, starting off the day in a healthy way, appreciating the beautiful rolling hills of the Harford Community College campus, and maintaining or improving personal and group wellness. Class will meet at the Susquehanna Center Entrance. In case of inclement weather, the class may walk indoors or reschedule. Wear costume apparel for the OCT 31 class!
