Course Description

This Course will develop the physical fitness level of any individual using aqua fitness equipment and water as resistance while performing low impact activities. Aqua Fitness improves the cardiorespiratory muscular endurance, and flexibility components of physical fitness. This course is appropriate for both non-swimmers and swimming capable students wanting a challenging physical fitness without overly stressing body joints.
