Course Description

Chef Woo Can will be demonstrating various Asian dishes that are easy and simple! Learn various preparation techniques and the art of stir frying. Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Vegetarian dishes will be covered throughout the sessions. Demonstration and participation for each stage of the cooking process from slicing, cutting to preparing the sauce then the actual stir frying. Recipes included.
